Warranty Clasuse

一、所有“裕功”工具產(chǎn)品在正常使用過程中由于材料、工藝缺陷、漏檢等非不正常操作引起的質(zhì)量問題，均可得到免費更換或保修

二、非更換范圍
1、產(chǎn)品在使用后出現(xiàn)生銹、電鍍脫皮、表面刮痕、塑料類手柄破損、包裝料破損等不影響產(chǎn)品使用功能的情形下，都不在保修保換的范圍之內(nèi)。
2、使用者將產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過機械加工、或自行更換了配件、或配件遺失不齊，都不在保修保換范圍之內(nèi)。
3、非正常使用導致產(chǎn)品不能使用，不在保修范圍內(nèi)。非正常使用如：自然損耗、認為損壞、意外事件、未按工具使用說明濫用、超出工具本身的使用范圍等，都不在保修保換范圍之內(nèi)。

Ⅰ. Quality problems of all YuGong Hardware Tools during normal use, which are caused by material, technological defects and inspection
omission, rather than abnormal operation, can be replaced or repaired for free.
Ⅱ. Beyond the scope of replacement
1. After use, rust, peeling of electroplating, scratches on the surface, damage of plastic handles and breakage of packing etc. that donoOt
affect using functions of products are beyond the scope of warranty and replacement.
2. Products are beyond the scope of warranty and replacement if the user machines the products, or replaces accessories by
himself/herself, or accessories are lost and incomplete.
3. Products are beyond the scope of warranty and replacement if products become unusable due to abnormal use. Abnormal use includes
natural loss, artificial damage, accidents, abuse in violation of tool instruction or beyond application scope of tools etc., which are beyond
the scope of warranty and replacement.
YuGong Hardware Tools CO.,Ltd. reserves the authority for final interpretation of above clauses.
